Haley had a huge crush on Zoey's husband but never got a chance to tell him she loved him. She came to PCA to ask him if he will be her 'brother'. She does cheer dances in the PCA talent show. She never had been to a prom before so she asks Jacob to go with her and he denied it because he is going with Zoey and he is not intrested in her but agreed to become her brother.
